Travel Tips for Your Teen

Saturday October 28, 2006
The events of the last several years have made air travel tiresome. It used to be fun. Al Quaeda and the declining fortunes of the 'old school' airlines such as Delta and American have reduced the experience to the enjoyment level of a lobotomy or perhaps root canal. As if the airport security and long lines aren't bad enough, sandwiching a large frame into a tiny seat on a cigar tube three seats wide is simply unenjoyable.

With that in mind I offer some travel tips for your teenager who has to travel to and from school via air. She'll think she's fine with her iPod and backpack, but there's more that you need to share with her.
