Saving Money on Rising Energy Costs

If you think rising energy costs are killing the airlines, how about schools? Those of you who run newer schools in purpose-built, energy efficient buildings have the edge. Still, a spike in your electric bill can devastate your bank balance in a heart-beat, can't it? The rest of you must feel as though you are throwing $100 bills into a bottomless pit. Where and when will it end?
