Schools in England's Green and Pleasant Land

Saturday May 20, 2006
The first American private schools were modelled after English 'public' schools. As you tour these schools located in the United Kingdom, it is humbling to discover a place like St. Paul's Cathedral, London, which has had a Song School to educate its boy choristers since 1127. 871 years later - one mustn't rush into these things - the Song School admitted girls.
But I digress. Visiting these schools virtually is worthwhile. Much to see and think about.
