Interesting report entitled Tech Tonic: Towards A New Literacy of Technology claims it is time to rethink how we are using technology in education. Much food for thought. I have always taken the view that technology is merely a tool to be used by teachers. Mind you, it is a very important and necessary tool. But it is merely a tool.
