Diversity Starts At The Top

Diversifying your school is not a simple project like installing a wireless network or replacing the tennis courts. Diversity requires you and your board to decide on a diversity/tolerance policy for your school. Then you have to implement it and ensure compliance with it. What to do and where to start? Some thoughts here.
We have made much progress in diversifying our schools. But there is still a long way to go before we can say that our private schools are truly diverse. We must do much more so that we produce graduates who have a global perspective and tolerance for ideas and customs unlike theirs.
