How's your Back Office doing?

Sunday August 21, 2005
It takes savvy management to run a private school these days. It's a daunting task dealing with cash management, marketing, media relations, fund raising, insurance and diversity, just to name a few of the obvious issues.

My Financial Management page is one of eight pages devoted to all of you back office folks who keep everything running smoothly. Please look it over and let me know if I have missed anything. My goal is to provide private schools everywhere access to the kind of resources and guidance which the most affluent schools enjoy. We all gain by sharing information and experiences.

BTW, you and your school should belong to NBOA. It's a mother lode of back office experts who can save you lots of trouble and possible some money too.
