One of the major differences between private and public schools is that private schools set and enforce their own rules. If a student infringes the rules, the schools can ask him to leave. "But I have rights!" Wrong! Not in a private school. Your rights are defined in a document known as a contract which is signed when you are admitted to the school. More on this subject here.
