I just got through one of those very long 12 hour work days where you feel as though time were literally flying. And it was all prep work. Here's the deal: I have a class of 8 new account managers coming in for training on Monday. Normally I teach one or two new managers at a time. I always have two or three computers ready to roll. It's a simple process setting up the new accounts and getting ready for training. But prepping for 8? Setting up 8 computers? Configuring all those desk tops? Testing all those accounts? Man! I need thin clients. Any class room teacher does.
